Lead your organization's shift to AI-augmented work. In this advanced program for experienced professionals and managers, you will learn to redesign workflows around what humans and AI each do best, integrate human-AI systems that reduce friction, govern AI responsibly, and build a transformation strategy leaders can act on.
You will produce portfolio-ready artifacts: task-allocation matrices, workflow blueprints, ROI analyses, risk registers, governance policies, and scenario roadmaps. Working with generative AI tools you already use, you will practice verification, red-teaming, and value measurement so your recommendations hold up to scrutiny.
By the end, you will be ready to guide teams and executives through AI adoption that keeps human judgment, ethics, and value at the center.
Who this is for: This program is built for experienced managers, team leads, and senior individual contributors who already work with AI tools and now need to lead change. It assumes professional work experience and comfort with everyday AI chat tools, but no coding or data-science background. Difficulty is Advanced because the thinking is senior-level (strategy, governance, and systems), not because the tooling is technical.

Courses
-
This course gives you the ethics, verification, and governance skills to use AI responsibly at work. You will apply responsible AI principles, audit systems for bias, red-team and verify AI outputs, assess organizational risk, work through real ethical dilemmas, and draft a governance policy tailored to your organization. Every activity produces a defensible artifact: a bias audit, a risk register, an ethics analysis, or a policy document. By the end, you will be able to set and defend responsible AI practices for your team. Designed for leaders accountable for how AI is used in their teams and organizations, including risk, compliance, and people implications. No coding required. You will work with ChatGPT, the Responsible AI principles model, and frameworks like the NIST AI RMF. By the end, you will audit AI systems for fairness and bias, verify outputs through red-teaming and hallucination detection, assess organizational AI risk, and draft governance policy and evaluate frameworks for fit.
-
This closing course steps up to enterprise strategy. You will ground your thinking in the science of human-AI teaming, make the executive case for AI, build and sequence a full transformation strategy, and prepare your organization for frontier AI through scenario planning and ongoing monitoring. You will also apply AI-native design at the strategic level. The deliverables are leadership-ready: executive briefings, capability assessments, governance implementation plans, and scenario roadmaps. By the end, you will be able to set AI direction and lead transformation across an organization. Designed for senior leaders and those advising executives who need to set AI direction and lead transformation. No coding required. You will work with ChatGPT, spreadsheet tools, and AI governance and risk frameworks. By the end, you will explain the research behind complementary human-AI intelligence, make the executive case for AI, build and sequence a transformation strategy, and scan frontier AI signals to plan for what's next.
-
This course helps you rethink how work gets done when AI is part of the team. You will analyze how AI is reshaping roles, redesign tasks from first principles, strengthen the human skills that grow more valuable alongside AI, and measure the real return on reallocating time from routine work to high-value work. You will also plan an organization-wide AI literacy and tool rollout. By the end, you will have concrete blueprints and analyses you can bring straight to your own team. Designed for managers and senior professionals ready to redesign their own and their team's work around AI. No coding required, comfort with everyday AI chat tools like ChatGPT is assumed. You will also work with spreadsheet tools and Miro to build your analyses. By the end, you will map how AI changes your role, redesign workflows and score tasks for automation-worthiness, strengthen durable leadership skills like emotional intelligence, and measure the ROI of reallocating time to high-value work.
-
This course moves from individual tasks to whole systems. You will use systems thinking to trace how an AI change in one area ripples across an organization, design low-friction handoffs between people and AI, find where AI can create and scale value, and measure productivity honestly against a baseline. You will produce causal-loop diagrams, handoff protocols, and value and ROI analyses that hold up to stakeholder scrutiny. By the end, you will be able to integrate and measure human-AI systems beyond a single workflow. Designed for leaders responsible for processes that span multiple people and AI steps, who need integration and measurement skills. No coding required. You will work with ChatGPT, Miro, and spreadsheet tools throughout. By the end, you will trace cascading AI effects with systems thinking, design friction-free human-AI handoff protocols, identify and rank AI value-creation opportunities, and quantify genuine productivity and value gains.

This short course helps you turn everything you built in the program into your next career move. You will position your AI transformation experience for the job market, tailor your resume and application materials to leadership and AI-focused roles, and practice interviewing for senior, AI-facing positions. Designed for program participants who want to move into or grow within AI transformation, strategy, or governance leadership roles. It assumes you have completed most of the program and have portfolio artifacts from Courses 1–4 to draw on.
