You will explore what "complementary intelligence" means, learn when pairing with AI outperforms working alone, and understand how delegating tasks affects your professional skills over time. By the end of this course, you will build a practical task allocation matrix and a reliance map tailored to your everyday role.
The CEO's Vision: Leading AI Transformation
- This module introduces the transformative impact of Generative AI on businesses and the motivations for its implementation. It highlights the groundbreaking potential of Generative AI and the importance of swift adaptation.
Building and Executing an AI Transformation Strategy
- The course emphasizes the significance of AI in today's technological landscape, highlighting its transformative impact across industries. You will gain the tools necessary to establish sustainable AI capabilities within your organization; improve AI literacy among your staff; and identify, prioritize and implement AI solutions that are aligned with business goals, ethical and compliant.
Frontier AI: Preparing for What's Next
- Learn to read frontier AI signals and prepare an organization for more than one possible future.
