AI Transformation Advisory Package

This capstone brings the whole program together in one documented, end-to-end advisory package. You act as the AI transformation advisor for a realistic multinational manufacturer, working from a company brief and a partial data room in which some early analysis is already started. You apply the frameworks you have learned rather than building from zero: you complete and connect an opportunity assessment, a prioritized opportunity portfolio, a readiness summary, a transformation roadmap, an ROI business case, and a governance and risk plan, then present the result in an executive presentation. The data room contains the complications real engagements contain, so approving everything will not produce a strong package. A well-evidenced recommendation to stop, defer, or scale back an idea is a correct and rewarded outcome. One rubric evaluates application of frameworks, quality of advisory reasoning, integration across themes, and clarity for an executive audience. The result is a portfolio-grade work sample that shows your reasoning, not only your conclusions. Plan on roughly three to four hours.
