Designed for managers and senior professionals ready to redesign their own and their team's work around AI. No coding required, comfort with everyday AI chat tools like ChatGPT is assumed. You will also work with spreadsheet tools and Miro to build your analyses. By the end, you will map how AI changes your role, redesign workflows and score tasks for automation-worthiness, strengthen durable leadership skills like emotional intelligence, and measure the ROI of reallocating time to high-value work.

How AI is Reshaping Work and Roles
- You will explore the use of Generative AI (GenAI) as a strategic tool for employees. It guides users on setting up a GenAI playground, crafting effective prompts, and critically evaluating model responses. The course demonstrates GenAI's capabilities in handling queries and acting as a thought partner
AI-Native Work Design: Rethinking Tasks from Scratch
- Redesign work from first principles, assuming current AI capabilities instead of retrofitting AI onto old processes. Using ChatGPT and a simple spreadsheet, build an AI-native workflow blueprint, score tasks for automation-worthiness, and map where human contribution is densest. These are the core moves of designing work that gets the best from people and AI together.
The Human Edge: Emotional Intelligence for an AI World
- You will elevate your leadership capabilities through practical strategies and tools. You'll explore empathy, self-awareness, and effective communication, creating resilient teams and fostering positive organizational culture.
Measuring the ROI of Human-AI Time Reallocation
- Measure whether reallocating time from routine work to high-value human work actually pays off. Using spreadsheets and ChatGPT, build a before-and-after workflow portfolio, analyze ROI, and communicate findings honestly to a non-technical audience. These skills turn AI adoption claims into evidence leaders can trust.
Organizational AI Transformation Strategy
- You will gain the tools necessary to establish sustainable AI capabilities within your organization; improve AI literacy among your staff; and identify, prioritize and implement AI solutions that are aligned with business goals, ethical and compliant.
Project Module: Redesign Your Role and Workflow
- In this project, you will produce a role-redesign and workflow blueprint that brings together role analysis, first-principles work design, automation-worthiness scoring, and simple ROI framing into one leadership deliverable. Using ChatGPT for analysis and PowerPoint Slides to draw the workflow, you will show how a role and one of its workflows should change in an AI-augmented setting. This matters because a single, defensible blueprint is what lets you propose real change to your team or executives.
