Module 1: A Refresher: The Standard Project Management Framework
- Review of the five process groups and ten knowledge areas of project management.
- Key terminology and concepts essential for effective project planning and control.
- How scope, quality, and risk fit within the overall framework.
Module 2: Project Initiation and Project Scope, Quality, and Risk
- Steps to formally start a project and identify objectives.
- Defining project scope and its relationship to quality and risk factors.
- Engaging stakeholders in the initiation process.
Module 3: Scope, Quality, and Risk Planning
- Developing detailed plans for managing scope, quality, and risk.
- Creating a work breakdown structure and defining deliverables.
- Planning quality metrics and risk mitigation strategies.
Module 4: What Happens after Planning to Project Scope, Quality and Risk?
- Executing and monitoring scope, quality, and risk management plans.
- Adjusting plans based on project performance and stakeholder feedback.
- Documenting lessons learned and ensuring continuous improvement.
