The Repair Station Manual or RSM is a manual that describes the procedures and policies of a repair station's operations and may be combined with the QCM or remain as a separate manual as decided by your company. The QCM topics that are covered in this video include: Qualifying and Surveilling Noncertificated Companies, Proficiency of Inspection Personnel, Technical Data, Inspection System, Calibration Procedures, and Corrective Actions.
