Recommended that all FAA 14 CFR 145 repair station employees are familiar with the repair station manual, where to locate a copy and its contents. The manual content includes procedures required by the regulations but is recommended to be formatted in a manner that is easily understood by employees of the repair station. In addition, the manual must be accessible for use by repair station personnel and contain relevant and current information in regard to how operations are performed.
