Required for all safety-sensitive employees in accordance with FAA 14 CFR 120, which include: Operators certificated under 14 CFR 119 conducting operations under Parts 121 or 135, Part 145 Repair Stations, Contractors who elect to either directly or by contract perform safety-sensitive functions, and All contractors who implement a drug and alcohol test program. This course includes an overview of developing a drug-free workplace policy, impact of substance abuse, understanding addiction, signs and symptoms of substance abuse, family and coworker impact, employee assistance program, confidentiality, and the FAA drug testing program.
