Required for all safety-sensitive employees in accordance with 14 CFR 120, which include: Operators certificated under 14 CFR 119 conducting operations under Parts 121 or 135, Part 145 Repair Stations, Contractors who elect to either directly or by contract perform safety-sensitive functions, and all contractors who implement a drug and alcohol test program. Alcohol is the single most used and abused drug in America. Course Length for video, handout, and test is 30 minutes.
