Recommended for all employees as back injuries (acute and chronic) can lead to an OSHA recordable injury, lost time, and product delays. “Ergonomics” is the science of designing the workplace, keeping in mind the capabilities and limitations of the worker. Poor worksite design leads to fatigued, frustrated and injured workers. A safe and ergonomically friendly environment can reduce injuries and increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
