Required for all employees that work on a full-time, part time, or temporary basis by a hazmat employer and who directly affects hazardous materials transportation safety. This includes shipping, receiving or otherwise handling goods that are classified as Hazardous Materials in accordance with DOT 49 CFR 172.101.
