This course was very easy to follow. Instructions and information was easy to follow as well. There was a lot vital information to effectively help with self-managment at work or in your personal life. The reflections were a big help for self-awareness. I would recommend this course for all agencies (especially mental health and child care professionals) as a per-service training before employment.
