Syllabus

  • Adult Learning and Instructional Design
    • In your first module, you will explore how adult learning principles, instructional design processes, and development theories are used to create and evaluate effective training. You will also examine how these concepts support the design of engaging learning experiences that build employee capability and organizational performance.
  • Career Development and Training Programs
    • In this module, you will analyze the methods organizations use to identify training and development needs and design career development programs that support workforce capability and retention. You will also evaluate learning and development delivery methods and the approaches used to assess training outcomes.
  • Organizational Development
    • In this module, you will examine how organizational development interventions support organizational change and how total quality management tools and structured improvement processes enhance organizational performance. You will also explore motivation frameworks and creativity techniques that strengthen workplace performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Workforce Continuity and Retention
    • In your final module, you will investigate how succession planning supports employee retention and leadership continuity, and how organizational development and learning initiatives contribute to long-term workforce stability. You will also evaluate the legal and regulatory requirements that shape effective learning and development practices.
