In addition, learners study work design principles and job enrichment techniques used to improve employee motivation and organizational effectiveness. Key concepts include the Hackman & Oldham model and sociotechnical systems theory, helping learners understand how organizations optimize the interaction between people, technology, and workplace processes.     • This module explores the fundamentals of organizational restructuring and various structural designs, including divisional, matrix, process-based, and customer-centric models. It also examines strategic workforce adjustments such as downsizing and their impact on organizational efficiency and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
  • Employee Involvement & Quality Excellence
    • This module focuses on the role of employee involvement in enhancing productivity and organizational performance. It introduces Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, implementation stages, and the characteristics of high involvement organizations that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Work Design & Organizational Effectiveness
    • This module examines work design principles and job enrichment strategies to improve employee motivation and performance. It also explores the Hackman & Oldham model and the sociotechnical systems approach to optimize the integration of human and technological systems for enhanced organizational effectiveness.
