  • Diversification and Internationalization
    • This module examines the dimensions of corporate scope, focusing on how firms pursue growth through diversification and internationalization. Learners will explore different types and modes of diversification, assess the risks and benefits of expanding into new markets, and analyze the strategic impact of these decisions on organizational performance.
  • Corporate-level Strategy
    • This module explores the roles and functions of corporate parents in diversified firms, examining how value is created through different corporate logics such as synergy management and capital orchestration. Learners will analyze strategies for effective resource allocation, parental control, and the pursuit of corporate parenting advantage. Real-world examples and case studies illustrate how these concepts are applied in practice.
  • Network-level Strategy
    • This module explores the various forms of interorganizational alliances, including equity, contractual, and associational arrangements.
