As the course progresses, learners explore strategic intent through vision, mission, objectives, policies, and organizational direction. The course then examines business-level strategies such as cost leadership, differentiation, and focus, along with tactical approaches used to build competitive positioning. Advanced modules cover corporate-level strategies including expansion, integration, and diversification, as well as global and cooperative strategies such as internationalization, alliances, stability, and retrenchment. Learners will also study strategic implementation through organizational culture, ethics, leadership, change management, and control systems.   • Foundations of Strategic Management
    • This module introduces the core concepts of strategic management, including its origins, importance, and role in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Learners will explore the different levels of strategy and understand the strategic management process as a foundation for effective decision-making.
  • Strategic Intent and Organizational Direction
    • This module focuses on defining strategic intent through vision, mission, and objectives. Learners will understand how organizations set direction, establish measurable goals, and use policies and frameworks to guide decision-making and long-term success.
  • Business-Level Strategies
    • This module explores business-level strategies that organizations use to compete effectively within markets. It covers cost leadership, differentiation, and focus strategies, along with tactical execution to implement competitive positioning successfully.
  • Corporate-Level Strategies
    • This module examines corporate-level strategies that determine the scope and growth of organizations. Learners will explore expansion, integration, and diversification strategies, along with their challenges and applications in managing multiple business units.
  • Global and Cooperative Strategies
    • This module focuses on strategies for global expansion and collaboration. Learners will explore internationalization approaches, strategic alliances, and cooperative strategies, along with stability and retrenchment strategies used to adapt to changing environments.
  • Strategic Implementation, Culture, and Control
    • This module covers the implementation of strategies, emphasizing the role of organizational culture, ethics, leadership, and control systems. Learners will understand how to manage strategic change and ensure effective execution through monitoring and control mechanisms.
