    • This module introduces the core concepts of strategic management, including its purpose, process, and importance in achieving sustainable competitive advantage, while establishing a strong foundation in strategic intent, mission, and organizational direction.
  • Strategic Objectives & Business Strategies
    • This module explores how organizations define objectives and policies while applying competitive strategies such as cost leadership, differentiation, and focus to achieve market advantage.
  • Tactical & Corporate Strategies
    • This module focuses on corporate-level strategies and growth approaches, including concentration, integration, diversification, and internationalization, along with cooperative strategies for business expansion.
  • Strategic Direction & Competitive Advantage
    • This module examines strategic adjustments such as stability and retrenchment, along with frameworks like core competencies, VRIO, and value chain to build and sustain competitive advantage.
  • Strategic Analysis Tools
    • This module introduces essential strategic analysis tools, including quantitative techniques, balanced scorecard, PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT, and McKinsey 7S framework for internal and external analysis.
  • Advanced Strategic Frameworks
    • This module explores advanced strategic thinking models, including McKinsey 7S deep dive, marketing warfare strategies, and strategic perspectives, along with managing strategic change and corporate culture.
