    • This module explores the foundational elements of the employment relationship, including the roles of employees, employers, contracts, and the influence of states and markets. Learners will compare four major conceptual models that shape human resource management practices and examine their implications for equality, diversity, labor unions, and public policy.   • Regulation, Deregulation or Re-regulation? The Changing Regulative Framework for HRM
