    • This module explores the complex relationship between technology, social media, and cross-cultural management. Learners will examine how cultural differences influence technological adoption, user interface design, and organizational practices. The content highlights both the opportunities and challenges of integrating technology in diverse cultural contexts.
  • Developing Your Cross-Cultural Management Competencies
    • This module explores the development of cross-cultural management skills, focusing on intercultural learning models, perspective-taking, and strategies to navigate cultural differences. Learners will gain insights into how to effectively manage cultural complexity, reflect on their own cultural assumptions, and apply practical frameworks for intercultural communication.
  • Designing Your Cross-Cultural Management Research
    • This module explores key debates in cross-cultural management research, including approaches to conceptualizing culture such as holistic vs. causal, emic vs. etic, and subjective vs. objective. Learners will gain the ability to critically analyze and design research that reflects these theoretical frameworks, enhancing their understanding of cultural complexities in management contexts.
