    • Let's look at signs of stress, treatments for it, and how to avoid overload.
  • Practical techniques for wellbeing
    • Here let's dig into a whole range of practical techniques which can help you boost your wellbeing in daily life. We'll cover time management, routines, procrastination and work life balance.
  • Wellbeing in the workplace
    • Finally, let's explore some workplace specific techniques. Areas such a dealing with a bad boss, multitasking, working late, career choices, job security, and setting boundaries. Don't let work be a source of negativity and stress for you!
