You’ll also practice your skills through hands-on activities, including simulated performance conversations with virtual employees and drafting a customized 30–60–90 day onboarding plan.

You’ll learn to identify and mitigate bias in performance reviews, manage underperformance with support, and design development plans that align employee career goals with organizational needs.

- Master the art of building a high-performing team through effective hiring and onboarding. You’ll learn to conduct unbiased, structured interviews and implement onboarding strategies that foster early engagement and long-term retention from an employee's first day.
