Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support - 100-140: Unit 7

In this module, you’ll explore cloud products, including cloud storage and cloud applications, as well as the concept of virtualization. You’ll learn how virtualization allows you to run software versions of hardware appliances, like servers, within other servers, and how this technique can also be applied to routing and switching devices. You’ll also dive into productivity applications that are important in a business environment, such as Microsoft Office 365 and Webex. You’ll gain the knowledge you need to support these applications and communicate effectively with customers to help resolve any issues they may encounter.
