  • Problems Before Scrum Framework
    • In this module, we will examine the challenges faced by project teams before the Scrum framework was introduced. You will explore problems such as early planning without understanding and siloed departments, and how Scrum fosters collaboration and adaptive decision-making.
  • Scrum Roles – The Scrum Team
    • In this module, we will dive deep into the roles within the Scrum team, understanding the responsibilities of each member, from the Scrum Master to the Product Owner. You will also assess the changing role of traditional project managers in Agile environments, along with practical role-based exercises.
  • Scrum Stories, Estimation and DOD
    • In this module, we will focus on writing effective user stories and using estimation techniques like story points to plan sprints. You will also learn how to define the "Definition of Done" (DOD) to set clear expectations for completion and apply these skills in practical exercises.
  • Scrum Backlog
    • In this module, we will explore the importance of the Product and Sprint Backlogs in Scrum. You will learn how to create and manage these backlogs to reflect business priorities and ensure sprint goals are achievable, along with hands-on exercises to solidify your understanding.
  • Scrum Sprint and Burndown Chart
    • In this module, we will define the Scrum sprint and explore how to use Burndown Charts to monitor sprint progress. You will also learn how to interpret sprint Burndown reports to detect bottlenecks and improve sprint performance through real-world exercises.
  • Scrum Meetings

  • Which Scrum Framework Fits Best
    • In this module, we will explore several Scrum frameworks designed for scaling Agile, including SAFe and LeSS. You will learn how these frameworks can be adapted to large organizations and assess potential risks in scaling Agile processes.
  • Planning Agile Iteratively
    • In this module, we will focus on planning Agile iteratively, with an emphasis on continuous role training, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. You will also practice using Kanban and user stories for effective planning and execution.
