  • Introduction
    • In this module, we will introduce you to the Agile Scrum Master Certification Bootcamp, its key topics, and course structure. We will compare the PSM and CSM certifications to help you make an informed choice. Finally, we will explore why pursuing a Scrum Master role is a strategic career decision in 2026.
  • Agile Fundamentals
    • In this module, we will discuss the shortcomings of traditional project management and the advantages of Agile. You will learn the Agile mindset, core values, and principles. Additionally, we will provide an overview of popular Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe.
  • Introduction to Scrum Framework
    • In this module, we will introduce Scrum, including its definition, history, and practical applications. We will explore Scrum’s pillars, values, and how Lean thinking integrates into Scrum practices. You will also learn when Scrum is most effective and when alternative approaches are preferable.
  • Scrum Accountabilities (Roles)
    • In this module, we will explore the structure of Scrum teams and the accountabilities of each role. You will learn how Product Owners maximize value and manage stakeholders. We will also cover the Scrum Master’s coaching responsibilities and best practices for Developers.
  • Master all Scrum Events
    • In this module, we will provide a detailed overview of Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. You will learn how each event contributes to achieving Sprint goals and fostering team collaboration. Finally, we will show how all events interconnect to form a cohesive Sprint cycle.
  • Scrum Artifacts & Commitments (Complete)
    • In this module, we will explain all Scrum artifacts and their associated commitments. You will learn how to manage Product and Sprint Backlogs, define Product and Sprint Goals, and understand the Definition of Done. These practices help maintain transparency, quality, and team alignment.
  • Product Backlog Management & Prioritization
    • In this module, we will explore techniques for managing the Product Backlog effectively. You will learn how to write user stories, estimate tasks, and prioritize backlog items. We will also cover forecasting and release planning to ensure smooth delivery in Scrum.
  • Scrum Master Core Competencies
    • In this module, we will dive into the core competencies that make an effective Scrum Master. You will learn facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Additionally, we will cover conflict resolution, servant leadership, and guiding organizational change.
  • Building High-Performing Teams
    • In this module, we will explore what makes a team high-performing and how Scrum facilitates self-management. You will learn about psychological safety, team dynamics, and building trust. We will also introduce frameworks for scaling Scrum in large organizations.
  • Scrum in Practice - Real-World Application
    • In this module, we will show how Scrum is applied in real-world situations, including non-software contexts. You will learn to identify anti-patterns, measure team performance, and manage technical debt. Practical strategies for remote and distributed teams will also be covered.
  • Certification Preparation & Exam Success
    • In this module, we will congratulate you on completing the course and guide you on certification next steps. You will review core concepts, exam strategies, and actionable tips to maximize your chances of passing the PSM or CSM exams.
