    • In this module, we will provide a comprehensive introduction to the course, including its objectives and structure. You’ll learn about the key skills and knowledge areas the course will cover. We will also help you assess if this course aligns with your professional goals and existing expertise.
  • iOS Management Basics
    • In this module, we will cover the essential aspects of managing iOS devices, including an introduction to iPhone and iPad hardware and software. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot common issues, manage device storage, and optimize battery life. We’ll also explore backup solutions and account management for iOS devices.
  • Managing iOS Devices with Apple Configurator
    • In this module, we will guide you through the powerful features of Apple Configurator for managing iOS devices in organizational settings. You'll learn how to back up, restore, and even revive unresponsive devices. We will also show you how to configure and deploy profiles for seamless device management.
  • macOS Management Basics
    • In this module, we will dive into the management basics for macOS, focusing on both Intel and Apple Silicon hardware. You will learn how to perform system recovery and reinstallation tasks, including creating bootable USB drives and legacy installation media to support older systems.
  • macOS Client Management
    • In this module, we will cover advanced macOS client management techniques, focusing on performance optimization, user account management, and system configurations. You will also learn how to secure macOS systems by utilizing built-in tools for file permissions, encryption, and privacy controls.
  • macOS "Server" Features (macOS 12)
    • In this module, we will introduce the server-related capabilities of macOS. You will learn how to set up file, printer, and media sharing, as well as configure network settings for macOS server functionality. We will also cover how to deploy the Apache Web Server and optimize content caching for better network performance.
  • Apple Remote Desktop
    • In this module, we will explore Apple Remote Desktop (ARD), a critical tool for managing macOS systems remotely. You’ll learn how to set up ARD for remote access, manage devices efficiently, and deploy software across multiple systems in a networked environment.
  • Apple Device Management – Primer
    • In this module, we will introduce you to the world of Apple device management with a focus on MDM systems. You’ll learn the structure and functionality of Apple’s MDM framework and discover how to configure device enrollment for streamlined onboarding. We will also cover various MDM enrollment models to suit your organization's needs.
  • Apple Business Manager
    • In this module, we will walk you through Apple Business Manager, a powerful tool for enterprise-grade device and account management. You’ll learn how to integrate directory services, manage device assignments, and activate or deactivate Activation Lock for improved security and control over Apple devices.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
    • In this module, we will dive into Mosyle MDM, a robust platform for managing Apple devices in business and educational settings. You’ll learn how to configure various MDM features, including device enrollment, app deployment, and user management. Additionally, we’ll explore advanced MDM tools like Single Sign-On (SSO) and the Lost Mode feature for improved security.
