Feedback and Designing OD Interventions

Leading Change and Evaluating OD Programs

This module focuses on leadership in managing organizational change and examines how Organizational Development programs are evaluated. Learners explore measurement techniques, research design, and strategies for institutionalizing change to ensure long-term organizational improvement.

Advanced Organizational Development Interventions
