You’ll explore Microsoft 365 productivity solutions and understand how applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote help organizations improve communication, productivity, and teamwork.The course also introduces Microsoft Teams collaboration capabilities, work management features, and Microsoft Viva applications. You’ll learn how organizations use Microsoft Teams for communication, meetings, collaboration, and integrated workplace experiences. By the end of this module, you’ll have a clear understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services and how they support hybrid work environments.
  • Microsoft 365 Apps, Management & Analytics
    • In this "Microsoft 365 Apps, Management & Analytics" your focus shifts to managing Microsoft 365 services from an administrative perspective.You’ll explore pricing and billing management, understand different licensing options, and learn how to assign and manage licenses effectively. The course also covers support options available in Microsoft 365 and how to create and manage support requests.Additionally, you’ll learn about service-level agreements (SLAs), service health monitoring, and how to use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center through both conceptual explanations and hands-on demonstrations. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to manage Microsoft 365 subscriptions, monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and support organizational needs effectively.
