This course equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to apply, analyze, and improve process quality using Lean Six Sigma principles. They will also gain an understanding of common statistical measures and visual process analysis tools, enabling them to interpret data effectively and support process improvement initiatives.
- Applying Six Sigma Tools in Practice
- This module focuses on the practical application of key Six Sigma tools for data-driven process improvement. Learners will gain hands-on experience in implementing quantitative and graphical methods such as histograms, Pareto charts, scatter plots, run charts, and control charts using tools like Microsoft Excel. The module also covers process mapping through flowcharts and introduces specialized Six Sigma software, enabling participants to analyze data effectively, visualize processes, and select the right tools to support quality improvement initiatives.
