Learners will gain hands-on experience in implementing quantitative and graphical methods such as histograms, Pareto charts, scatter plots, run charts, and control charts using tools like Microsoft Excel. The module also covers process mapping through flowcharts and introduces specialized Six Sigma software, enabling participants to analyze data effectively, visualize processes, and select the right tools to support quality improvement initiatives.
