Syllabus

Building the Foundation

This module introduces learners to the Lean Six Sigma methodology, project selection tools, and foundational project management practices. Participants will learn to define project scope, articulate problem statements, and set measurable goals using structured frameworks.

Voice of the Customer & Data Basics

This module emphasizes capturing the Voice of the Customer (VOC), translating customer requirements into measurable Critical to Quality (CTQ) metrics, and building a strong foundation in statistical basics, including data sampling and distribution. Learners also gain skills in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure data accuracy.

Mastering Analysis

This module guides learners through the Analyze Phase of DMAIC, equipping them with tools to identify root causes using process mapping, graphical analysis, and statistical testing. Learners will master hypothesis testing methods, including T-tests, ANOVA, and Chi-Square.

Driving Improvement & Managing Risks
