  • Lean Principles and Tools
    • This module explores the essential Lean principles and practical tools that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and promote continuous improvement in organizations. Learners will examine Lean thinking, identify the different types of waste, apply problem-solving frameworks such as PDCA, and understand how standardization, 5S, Just-in-Time, Takt time, and Single Piece Flow improve workplace performance.   • Quality, DMAIC in Depth, and Certification Prep
