    • If your team don't feel secure then you cannot truly be an inspirational leader - managing with fear or uncertainty is not a viable style in my opinion. So here we look at how to create a culture of trust, consistency and fairness.
  • Build Them Up
    • Treating your team with respect, energy and kindness will go a long way to growing your profit line. So spend this section learning how to inspire by thanking effectively, giving interesting work, and understanding how humans tick.
  • Delegation - The Untapped Goldmine
    • Delegating is the key to freeing up your calendar and brain space, but also the key to a motivated and engaged workforce. So here let's learn how to be a highly effective motivator.
  • Focus on People - Not Tasks
    • The true value of a business is the people, and your job as a leader is to motivate and inspire the people who report to you. So let's look at some ideas of how you can motivate individuals on their level, master appraisals, and ensure everyone has interesting tasks to work on.
