    • In this module, you will be introduced to the principles of fair and consistent hiring aligned with U.S. standards. You will learn how to define job-related competencies, prepare structured interview plans, and understand your responsibilities in ensuring non-discriminatory hiring practices. The module also covers how to create a positive candidate experience, maintain professionalism from first contact onward, and manage interviewing logistics effectively. By establishing a solid preparation process, you will be better equipped to evaluate candidates objectively and uphold ethical hiring behavior throughout the selection cycle.
  • Conducting Structured and Compliant Interviews
    • In this module, you will learn how to conduct structured, professional, and compliant interviews. You will learn how to ask job-related questions, manage the interview flow effectively, avoid sensitive and inappropriate topics, and minimize potential bias. The module provides real-world scenarios to help you practice redirection, consistent scoring, and maintaining a respectful interaction with candidates throughout the interview.
