Do you want to find ways to build more alignment, manage your energy effectively, and increase your motivation levels? This course, taught by executive coach and Olympic Psychologist Jason Richardson, PsyD, will empower you to do all of these things and more. Jason will first walk through how you can shift your mindset to create an environment for success. He'll help you identify what's important to you, and what goals you're looking to achieve. Then he'll review how you can reduce your energy killers and swap them out with sources that can give you more energy. Jason will also provide methods for how you can commit to achieving your goals by building in consistency, finding your why, and placing your bets. Finally, he'll review how you can keep yourself motivated as you look to accomplish and achieve new things. After finishing this course, you will feel prepared to incorporate these habits, shift your mindset, and win every day.

Syllabus

  • Change Your Mind Set Up
    • You don’t stumble into consistent winning; it takes deliberate preparation that begins long before the stakes get high. In this module, you’ll build the foundational mindset for success by identifying where you’re aligned, reconnecting with what drives you, and assembling the internal and external networks that make going all in possible.
  • Energy Killers
    • You face energy threats every day, and the most damaging ones are rarely external; they’re the mental habits quietly draining your reserves before you even notice them. In this module, you’ll identify the four most common energy killers and gain practical strategies to neutralize each one so you can protect your performance and stop letting avoidable patterns hold you back.
  • Energy Givers
    • You already know how to reduce what drains you; now it’s time to actively build your energy back up. In this module, you’ll develop three of the most powerful energy-building habits available to high performers so you can reframe your current reality, hold yourself accountable without excuses, and train your focus to stay productive no matter how loud life gets.
  • Move the Needle
    • You can want something deeply and still stay stuck if you don’t have a system that converts desire into daily action. In this module, you’ll build a personalized goal framework by mapping what matters across three life domains, uncovering what truly drives you, and designing the expectations and daily focus habits that turn ambition into consistent, measurable progress.
  • Gamify The Mundane
    • You don’t have to be the most motivated person in the room to win consistently; you have to be the most purposeful. In this module, you’ll build a framework for setting crystal-clear intentions, anchoring consistent behaviour, and designing a personalized reward system so you can make winning a daily practice, not an occasional hope.
  • Conclusion
    • You’ve done the foundational work; now it’s time to stretch it beyond your current comfort zone. In this module, you’ll apply your learning edge to identify your next growth frontier and deepen your mastery by sharing what you’ve built with others who can benefit from it.
