This course takes a different path: you’ll focus on doing less so you can do more of what matters. You’ll gain practical tools to reduce mental clutter, prioritise the right work, and structure your day for deeper focus. You’ll also apply strategies for managing your energy, setting motivating goals, and reclaiming time by cutting low-value commitments. Along the way, you’ll build the mindset skills that make productivity sustainable, including letting go of petty control and practising self-compassion when you fall short. By the end of the course, you’ll have a clear, repeatable system for making better decisions, protecting your attention, and taking consistent action on the priorities that matter most.

Syllabus

  • Finding Time
    • Modern work creates endless choices, and without a clear approach, productivity can quickly turn into overwhelm. In this module, you’ll build a smarter mindset for choosing what matters most so you can focus your attention, make better decisions, and take the right next step with confidence.
  • Daily Practice
    • Even strong work habits can collapse when your brain is overloaded and your days are driven by other people’s demands. In this module, you’ll build a daily system for capturing tasks, prioritising what matters, managing energy, and using structure and rewards so you can follow through consistently.
  • Do Less to Do More
    • If you don’t know where your time goes, it’s almost impossible to change your results. In this module, you’ll track and evaluate your real habits, protect your priorities with stronger boundaries, and apply practical mindset tools so you can let go of distractions and stay aligned with what matters most.
  • Tips and Tricks
    • Small adjustments can create surprisingly big gains when your schedule is overloaded and your attention is scattered. In this module, you’ll apply tactical tools to remove unnecessary commitments, reset overwhelming systems, and design a sustainable approach so you can take action with more clarity and momentum.
