This course is designed for busy professionals, freelancers, and small business owners who feel overwhelmed by endless to-do lists and want a more sustainable way to work. Through practical, step-by-step lessons, you’ll learn how to streamline your task management, improve focus, and create systems that support both productivity and well-being. If you’re ready to reclaim your time, reduce overwhelm, and design your work around what truly matters, this course will guide you there.

Syllabus

  • Rethinking Productivity and Setting Meaningful Goals
    • This opening module introduces the philosophy of simplified productivity—focusing on meaningful progress rather than constant busyness. Learners begin by reflecting on their current habits and identifying what truly matters in their work and life. Through guided review and goal-setting strategies, learners will establish clear priorities that form the foundation for a more focused and sustainable productivity system.
  • Organizing Ideas and Prioritizing What Matters
    • In this module, learners explore practical tools for organizing thoughts and clarifying priorities. They begin with the brain dump technique to quickly capture tasks and ideas, then learn how to structure those ideas using a “second brain” system. Finally, learners use an efficiency matrix to evaluate tasks and determine which actions will create the greatest results with the least unnecessary effort.
  • Designing a Sustainable Productivity Routine
    • The final module focuses on turning productivity strategies into sustainable habits. Learners will explore techniques for scheduling both productive work sessions and restorative downtime to maintain energy and focus. The course concludes by helping learners reflect on their progress and create a practical plan for applying simplified productivity principles in their daily routines moving forward.
