  • Objectives of Time Management
    • This module introduces the fundamental principles of time management and explores why effective use of time is essential for achieving personal and professional goals. Learners will examine the importance of goal setting, prioritization, and productivity while gaining an understanding of how better time management can improve performance, reduce stress, and create more opportunities for success.
  • Important vs. Urgent
    • This module focuses on one of the most important concepts in time management: distinguishing between important and urgent tasks. Learners will explore prioritization techniques, including the Eisenhower Matrix, while examining common productivity traps such as excessive working hours, busyness without results, and poor decision-making about priorities.
  • How to Get More Time
    • This module explores practical strategies for creating more productive time by improving focus, reducing waste, and managing commitments effectively. Learners will discover techniques for delegation, problem prevention, task management, and eliminating low-value activities that consume valuable time.
  • The Main Time Wasters
    • Time thieves are activities, habits, and distractions that reduce productivity and prevent effective use of time. In this module, learners will identify common workplace and personal time thieves, including interruptions, meetings, poor planning, and procrastination. Practical techniques are provided to help learners regain control of their schedules.
  • Systems for Time Management productivity
