    • Most organizations know they need a great company culture, but without a clear understanding of what it actually means, they end up investing time and money in things that simply don't move the needle. In this module, you'll challenge the assumptions that keep organizations stuck, define company culture through measurable metrics, and identify the critical role employee engagement plays so you can build a solid foundation for lasting change.
  • Measuring Employee Engagement
    • Knowing your organization needs a stronger culture is one thing — knowing exactly where you stand and what to fix is another challenge entirely. In this module, you'll build and deploy a climate survey from the ground up, collect and organize responses with integrity, and calculate your organization's employee engagement rate so you can identify your biggest opportunities for improvement with confidence.
  • Communicating Results
    • Collecting your climate survey data is only half the work — what you do with it determines whether your organization actually changes. In this module, you'll move from raw results to a focused action plan, identify the right initiatives to address your lowest-scoring areas, and build and deliver a presentation that earns buy-in from both leadership and employees so your organization is ready to move forward together.
  • The First 90 Days
    • Announcing your initiatives is the moment employees start watching — and what happens in the first 90 days either builds or breaks the trust you've worked hard to earn. In this module, you'll establish the habits and systems that keep your organization accountable, create a steady rhythm of communication that keeps employees informed and invested, embed employee engagement into the performance expectations of your management team, and develop the flexibility to adapt when your best-laid plans need to change.
  • The Next 90 Days
    • The first 90 days establish momentum, but what comes after determines whether that momentum becomes lasting cultural change. In this module, you'll build the measurement habits, refinement instincts, and personal sustainability strategies that keep your organization's engagement work moving forward quarter after quarter — so that culture improvement becomes an ongoing practice, not a one-time project.
