This course is for professionals new to Microsoft 365 Copilot who want to build confidence using AI for communication and collaboration. No prior experience is needed, but you’ll need access to Microsoft 365 with Copilot enabled. A free 30-day trial is available via the course link.

You will focus on how email communication can be drafted, summarized, organized, and prioritized more efficiently. You will also consider how tone and style can be adjusted for different recipients and communication purposes.
- Enhancing collaboration in Microsoft Teams
- In this module, you will explore how Copilot can support collaboration in Microsoft Teams. You will consider how conversations can be summarized, key points identified, and meeting content understood more clearly. You will also look at how Copilot can support real-time teamwork and project coordination within Teams.
- Streamlining meeting management
- In this module, you will explore the core ideas behind streamlined meeting management with Copilot. You will focus on how meetings can be organized through agendas, notes, and action items. You will also consider how Copilot can support clearer meeting preparation, follow-up, and overall meeting structure.
- Best practices and advanced techniques for Copilot
- In this module, you will explore best practices and advanced techniques for using Copilot effectively. You will consider how Copilot can be applied across Microsoft 365 tools to support more consistent workflows.
