- Collecting information shouldn’t require printing documents, chasing email replies, or manually consolidating responses. Yet in many workflows, that’s still the reality. In this module, you’ll learn how to create fillable PDF forms that make data collection simple, organized, and consistent. You’ll add the appropriate field types for different kinds of input, including text fields, dropdown menus, and checkboxes—and design forms that are easy for others to complete. You’ll also learn how to distribute forms digitally and collect responses in a structured way, ensuring information is returned organized and ready to use. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to replace manual data collection with a streamlined, professional workflow.
- Managing e-signature and approval workflows
- Getting a document signed used to mean printing, scanning, and sending files back and forth. Today, the entire process can happen digitally. In this module, you’ll learn how to prepare documents for e-signature, send them to one or more recipients, and track their progress from request to completion. You’ll explore how Adobe Acrobat manages approvals and maintains a clear record of signed agreements. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to move documents through approval workflows quickly and confidently—without unnecessary delays.
- Managing collaboration, review, and delivery workflows
- Before a document is finalized, it often goes through multiple rounds of feedback. Comments are added, revisions are made, and different versions circulate across teams. In this module, you’ll learn how to manage that process using Adobe Acrobat. You’ll add and respond to comments, track feedback across collaborators, and compare versions of a document to clearly identify what has changed. You’ll also explore how to export documents into different formats and prepare them for final delivery—whether for email, print, or the web. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to guide a document from draft to final version with clarity and control.
