Most professionals use PDFs every day but hit a wall the moment they need to do anything beyond opening them. This course changes that. You will leave with a practical, confident command of Adobe Acrobat and the core PDF skills that make everyday work faster and more professional.
You will learn to create PDFs from Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and scanned images, and use OCR to turn those scans into searchable, editable files. From there you will edit text and images directly inside existing PDFs without breaking formatting, and organize complex multi-page documents by merging, splitting, rearranging, and extracting pages.
By the end of the course you will know how to add page numbers, headers, footers, and watermarks so every document you send looks polished and intentional, not pieced together. Each skill builds on the last so you finish with a complete foundation you can use immediately, on any document, in any role.
