You'll learn about AWS Lambda for serverless computing, Amazon ECS and EKS for container orchestration, and AWS Batch for running large-scale batch jobs. We'll dive into AWS Elastic Beanstalk for quick application deployment, with hands-on demos showcasing Blue-Green and Rolling Deployment strategies. Finally, we'll cover AWS Backup and AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery to ensure data protection and business continuity. By the end of this week, you'll gain a strong understanding of building, deploying, and safeguarding modern applications on AWS.
  • Storage in AWS
    • Welcome to Week 2. This week, we'll explore Amazon S3's various storage classes, including Standard, Intelligent-Tiering, and Glacier options, focusing on their use cases, pricing, and lifecycle management strategies. Through practical demos, you'll gain hands-on experience with configuring storage classes and setting lifecycle policies. We'll also dive into Amazon EBS for block storage needs and AWS Storage Gateway for hybrid cloud storage integration. Finally, we'll introduce Amazon S3 Storage Lens, helping you monitor and optimize your storage usage. By the end of the week, you'll have a strong understanding of AWS storage services and best practices for efficient data management.
