This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of managing the remainder of the recruitment process. This includes compiling feedback from both the candidate and hiring manager to determine the interests of all parties. Further, we will discuss how to present the offer, best practices for negotiating, and closing the deal. • Compile post interview feedback from candidate and hiring manager. • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and prepare offers. • Present and negotiate job offers with selected candidates. • Create a post-offer checklist.

    • This critical module focuses on managing the pivotal period after interviews conclude. You'll develop structured approaches for gathering and sharing meaningful feedback between candidates and hiring managers, master techniques for accurately gauging candidate interest levels while identifying potential objections, and learn to clearly communicate next steps, including employment references, background checks, and assessment requirements—ensuring a transparent process that keeps candidates engaged.
  • The Offer, Negotiating and Closing
    • Master the art of closing top talent in this comprehensive module covering the entire offer process. You'll learn to construct complete compensation packages that showcase total value, identify which elements have negotiation flexibility, distinguish between verbal and written offer components, develop professional offer presentation techniques, and implement proven negotiation strategies that increase acceptance rates while maintaining organizational parameters.
  • Post- Offer Acceptance
    • This module addresses the crucial final phase of the recruitment process that ensures successful transitions. You'll develop tactful approaches for communicating with candidates not selected for positions, implement follow-up protocols that maintain relationships with placed candidates during their notice period, and learn strategies for building your professional network by keeping connections with quality candidates—while ensuring all post-offer administrative processes proceed smoothly.
