The Offer, Negotiating and Closing

You'll learn to construct complete compensation packages that showcase total value, identify which elements have negotiation flexibility, distinguish between verbal and written offer components, develop professional offer presentation techniques, and implement proven negotiation strategies that increase acceptance rates while maintaining organizational parameters.

Post- Offer Acceptance

This module addresses the crucial final phase of the recruitment process that ensures successful transitions. You'll develop tactful approaches for communicating with candidates not selected for positions, implement follow-up protocols that maintain relationships with placed candidates during their notice period, and learn strategies for building your professional network by keeping connections with quality candidates—while ensuring all post-offer administrative processes proceed smoothly.
