Session Agenda and Timeline:
- Welcome and Opening: Five minutes of warm introduction
- Settle Into Your Body: Ten minutes focused on physical awareness and connection:
- Your facilitator will guide you through gentle relaxation exercises designed for comfort
- Guided Visualization and Mindfulness Meditation: Ten minutes of immersive practice:
- Your facilitator will lead you through a themed visualization experience combined with meditation and relaxation techniques. You will practice additional gentle breathing exercises, seamlessly integrated into the meditation experience
- Awakening and Closing Transition: Five minutes to gently return to awareness:
- Your facilitator will carefully guide you through the process of awakening back into physical awareness within your chair and surrounding space. This closing phase intentionally eases your transition back into your day
