This stretching and alignment class incorporates various proven flexibility-building styles and includes techniques used by professional dancers to expand your personal range of motion and effectively prevent injury. Variations of exercises will be offered to help participants of all backgrounds and fitness levels safely challenge themselves while respecting their individual capabilities.
Materials Needed to Participate Fully:
- Comfortable, movable clothing that allows for a full range of motion
- Adequate space to stretch and extend fully
- Optional: A mat if you will be working on a hard surface
