- Sweet Potato
- Squash (Butternut, Pumpkin, Kabocha, Acorn, Buttercup, etc.)
- Potato
- Broccoli Stem
What you need:
- potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash or broccoli stem
- all purpose flour
- egg
- salt
- mixing bowl
- fork
- butter knife
- big pot of boiling water
- olive oil or butter
- spices, herbs (fresh or dried) or garlic
- grated cheese
- tipo “00” or any other kinds of flour
- potato masher, ricer, or food processor
- gnocchi board, sushi mat or other textured tool
- bench scraper or spatula
