Overview
This course helps you build skills to choose high-impact work, design time effectively, delegate and scale with systems, and sustain momentum through energy, email, and reflection practices.
Syllabus
- Course 1: Choosing the "Right" Work
- Course 2: Designing Your Time
- Course 3: Learning to Delegate & Build Systems
- Course 4: Sustaining Productive Momentum
Courses
-
Following the Guide's core premise that "you can't get it all done, so choose what matters," this course builds the judgment and language to identify high-leverage work, decline or defer the rest, and commit via concrete, if-then plans.
-
This course focuses on turning intention into structured execution: timeboxing, single-tasking, to-do lists that work, calendarizing work, progress tracking, long-term project tactics, and sane email systems.
-
Scale execution through others and through rituals: identify "who's got the monkey?", choose the right delegation level, and design energy-aligned routines (90-minute cycles, 18-minute plan, 10-minute diary).
-
Productivity lasts when energy, tools, and norms are sustained. Manage energy (sleep, nutrition, breaks), iterate on email experiments, and run maintenance cycles to keep momentum alive.
