Nod bad, But good for inexperienced leader. I learned how to try get best output without getting hard from team members as a leader. I learned how to solve problem and improve with To asking questions and discussion without giving advice and without getting rude.

The course is just so much normal and so short just 4 class and 1 class like 3 page -
It's very helpful topic. so, I advice everyone who visit this place must take advantage about this. I get very interesting points which will help me my coaching ability of my employee.
