I found this course very useful and interesting. It helped me understand that digital transformation is not only about technology. People are also an important part of the process. I learned that good communication, teamwork, and leadership can help organizations adapt to change more successfully. The ideas in this webinar were easy to understand because the speakers gave practical examples from real life. I also realized that employees need support and guidance during periods of change. I think this course improved my understanding of how companies work in the digital age. I would recommend this course to students who want to learn more about leadership, communication, and modern workplaces.
