Make Your Voice Heard - Professional Communication Skills

In this lesson, I learned that to make my voice heard:

First, I must think about the context in which I will communicate.
I must also know whom I will speak to and with whom.
What is the means I will use...
Second, the most important point in communication, which is essential, is considering the audience, meaning understanding them in terms of thinking about them, i.e., what are some of the things that must be taken into account + their value system.
I must also make sure not to say too many things because it makes me lose focus on what is most important.
Also, I must connect what is most important for them with the main thing I need to focus on.
Third, I must be clear, through conciseness and accuracy, i.e., I always ask myself before I speak, how can I phrase my words more accurately and concisely.
I must also build friendly relationships with people because, as the professor said, people’s listening to you depends largely on how attracted they are to you.
We can do this, for example, by starting my speech: “Thank you very much for your attendance and your time...”
Also, I must show interest in them.
And the most important thing is self-confidence; when I speak, I must speak with confidence because people do not listen to someone who is not confident.
