During this video it talkes about information of diabetes, and what are some good good exercise to make diabetes disappear, or make diabetes less infect your normal daily life

I really liked this course. It was short, clear, and useful. I learned diabetes and exercise The teacher was easy to understand and gave great tips. Now I want to try all exercises I think this course is good for everyone, not only for people with diabetes. Thank you!

Should have included detailed description on type 1 and type 2 diabetes. And a little more on strength training exercises intensity and types. Otherwise a great course on how to keep people active. I know this is a free course but not upto the stanford standards.
